What guarantee do I have buying a bike online?

All CCM motorbikes are available to view by appointment before you buy and you can take as long as you want looking round them. Each bike comes with a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty.

We accepts all major credit and debit cards, online bank transfer and bankers draft. We also have extra security if you are registered for Natwest Secure, Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code.

We have been in the industry for many years and always maintain the highest levels of customer service.

You are always entitled to a full refund on any deposit and are entitled to a 7 day Money Back Guarantee if you are not happy with your bike.

How do I reserve a bike?

The best way to reserve a bike is online 24/7 using a credit or debit card. As soon as you pay the £59 refundable deposit, the bike will be reserved in your name.

Can I reserve by phone?

Reservation by phone can be done. See our Contact Us page to contact us directly. However online reservations can be done at anytime of the day 24/7 so you'll never have to wait.

Is my £59 deposit refundable?

Yes! Your money is completely refundable and you will get it back within 5 working days. For a refund please Contact Us and we will be happy to help.

How do I pay for my new bike?

You can make the payment of the full amount for the bike us online or over the phone using a credit or debit card. Or you can visit us and make payment buy Cheque/Banker's Draft or Bank Transfer

Can I apply for finance?

Yes! You can Apply For Finance using our online Finance Application Form. This will only take a few minutes; just fill in the appropriate information and you will get a decision within 48 hours.

Can I view the bike before buying it?

Yes. You will need to make an appointment first, do this buy visiting our Contact Us page. You can reserve the bike you see 24/7 online to make sure you won't miss out.

I've changed my mind, what now?

All bikes have a 7 day money back guarantee. If you're not happy with your bike for any reason you can return it up to 7 days after delivery or pick up and claim a full refund. For more details see our Money Back Guarantee page.

What does the price I see include?

The price you see is the OTR (On The Road) price which includes, registration with the DVLA, 12 months road tax below 600cc 6 months road tax above 600cc, 1 year manufacturers warranty. Anything else is not included in this price. For bikes over 600cc you can pay the difference should you want 12months road tax.
